  • Performance of a contract: where you have made or are seeking to make a booking, processing your information is necessary to enter into and perform that contract with you.
  • Legitimate interests: where you have submitted an enquiry without proceeding to a booking, it is in our legitimate interest (and yours) to respond to your message. We have assessed that doing so does not override your rights or interests.

How long we keep your information

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Enquiries that do not result in a booking: we will retain your details for no longer than 12 months from the date of your enquiry, after which they are deleted.
  • Confirmed bookings: we will retain records relating to your stay for up to 3 years from the date of your departure. This period reflects the possibility of any dispute or legal claim arising from a booking, after which they are delete

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.


We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Legal obligation: if we are required to disclose your information by law, a court order, or a regulatory authority.
  • Professional advisers: if it becomes necessary to share limited information with our legal or financial advisers in connection with a dispute or claim arising from your booking.


Any such disclosure would be limited to what is strictly necessary.

Storage and security

Your personal information is stored within the United Kingdom. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. As a small private operation, your information is handled only by the property owners and is not accessible to any external parties except as described above.
